Epoxy grout is a mixture of resin and hardener to create a tough, solvent resistant material that is traditionally used for airplanes and ships to prevent water leakage.
Aesthetics
Smooth and luxurious finish as compared to the "chalky finish" of traditional cement grout. Colour is more vivid and appears more intense unlike cement grout.

How is the quality compared to normal grouting? Is it long lasting?
4S epoxy grouting is highy durable and extremely resistant to any harsh chemicals from cleaning products. It does not crack or discolour.
Is it easy to maintain?
There is no maintenance at all. Clean it the usual way you would for your walls and floors.
Which area should I use it?
We recommend to use it at areas with high moisture levels or in high traffic areas.
How long does the installation take?
Every project timing differs due to different onsite condition. On average, a HDB BTO toilet will take around 1 day.
How long is the warranty period?
There is a 5 year warranty period for the product against manufacturer defect.
There is a 1 year onsite warranty period for workmanship.
