I am not sure which lock is suitable for replacing my existing lock?

If I just need to replace parts of the lock, is it available?

Yes. Kindly let us know what is the part that you need to replace.

How long is the warranty period?

There is a 1 year warranty against the product. There is a 1 year onsite warranty when installed by Smart Home.
